ITRA holds a minimum of two educational training meetings each year. The Mid Year Training Conference is focused upon training sales and service managers and sales personnel, while the Annual Convention seminars provide executive training for owners and general managers of Member companies. Industry Suppliers are in attendance at all of ITRA’s meetings and conventions, sponsoring exhibits of products and services at the Mid Year Training and often providing valuable training opportunities.

Since its inception, ITRA has become the Association which is Informative, Team-Oriented, Resourceful, and Accessable. ITRA brings expert speakers from this industry who are dedicated to increasing the "Power of Knowledge" to the Members of the Association.
