ITRA has blocked rooms from Friday, September 20 through Wednesday, September 25, with Fri-Sat rooms limited. However, the group rate may be available three (3) days pre and post, but only based on availability, and at the Hotel’s discretion. If you wish to extend your stay outside the official meeting dates, book what you can online and then contact the ITRA Office with your confirmation number and we will contact the Hotel for availability and rates. If extending your stay, we strongly recommend that you extend it on the tail end of the convention dates.
